On CO I had an MKE-EWR that had a diversion to CLE because of WX at MKE and not enough fuel to circle around. They boarded a snack for all the pax at CLE while sitting for fuel.
Now that CO will soon be UA I had a ORD-BRU that I diverted to KEF.
A guy who should've been in a cath lab the day before though he would try to make it back to Belgium before going to the doctor. Mid way over the Atlantic and FA saw he wasn't doing well and asked for a doctor.... no reply.... then any medical personnel on board, so I hit the FA button and was walked back to the guy in E+, after looking at him and assessing him for a minute I told the FA to get the pilot to divert ASAP and fortunately we weren't too far from KEF.
