I've been looking for a slightly undersized (< 22 x 14 x 9) wheeled carry on with backpack straps for occasional use. I've only seen pictures of this bag on the web and one thing has me concerned. It has these half packets that open SIDEWAYS. My concern is that this would not be conduce to slipping in a small laptio or folder or notepad into a pocket. Maybe this stuff would have to fit into the main compartment...?

So can anybody comment on this bag with regards to my concerns?

Also are the wheels consumer replaceable? Say with rollerblade wheels?
