Why would you launch before the trouble ticket was resolved? What is your ratio of page hits to completed surveys? I would bet it's pretty high... as people find the stupid drag-and-drop widget doesn't work in most browsers. (Won't work for me in Chrome, either, and I have no motive to open IE up just for you, so... no data from me.)
Why not just provide text fields have people type in ranking numbers from 1 to 15? Oh, that's not cool enough or "leading edge."
