We just come back from London. Just my first comments before going to bed:

- premier room is less small than I feared after reading previous comments. Size is quite decent, for a few nights it's ok. The bathroom is very nice, less modern than Connaught new wing but exceptionnal quality

- service is erratic, this was a major disappointment. No upgrade, rooms not ready when we arrived in the morning, rooms still not ready when we came back early afternoon, no flower (nor potted plant) in the room, no welcome amenity, no offer for newspaper of our choice, multiple mistakes on the bill, public restroom by the restaurant dirty & smelly, etc. Was it a bad week-end for them?

- we had two rooms => 504 facing Hyde Park (connecting with Presidential Suite) + 827 facing the city with a view over Green Park and the London Eye / Big Ben in the background. Decor was slighlty different, 504 had double windows for a better noise insulation, it also had Loewe tv+blu-ray (instead of LG for 827) and different lighting system.

- Breakfast / afternoon tea excellent. Bar employees were extremely nice!

- Privacy when using the bathroom is an issue. I will post a picture, I do not understand why they have designed doors like that.
