I had no problem with the staff telling me where the lounge was. However, it's quite a long walk as it is in Hall 1 (landside). It was a little hard to find due to poor sign-posting - no sign pointing to a lounge. I eventually spotted lifts the mentioned the Iberia/TAP/British Airways lounge, across the corridor from the AirEuropa ticket desk / Iberia ticket desk next to the AirEuropa ticket desk.
I can assure you that I flew four days ago and that it was not Iberia staff. I cannot remember their insignia but it was not Iberia, but some handling agent.
BA331 was departing at 07:30 (winter time) and IB has several flights departing around the same time which is their busiest time (all the aircarfts from MAD, BCN overnighting in ORY), so I doubt that they could divert four agents all the way to Hall 3. Might be different for the other two BA daily flights.
My basic point is that I am dissatisfied by the ORY ground service as a business pax, and apparently several other "new" business pax had the same reaction. I would never want to use ORY if connecting to longhaul for fear of not having a BA agent able to reroute me in case of delay, etc...Unless BA organize their act at ORY, they will mostly get low-margin leisure pax. Nevertheless, BA remains one of my preferred airlines
