Personally, I would head to the out islands in the Bahamas. The Abacos, Exumas, etc. If you’ve never been, it’s great. You will feel a million miles away from everything. Its remote but the bars are stocked, people friendly, views unparalleled and the internet is not far away for keeping in touch if you want to. Great place to get your head together, work on your next steps or just shut-down and chill. Working on the next steps for the job search is nice when taking in the views from you room, the beach or bar. Take off to an even smaller island for true secluded feeling. Last time I was at Harbor Island they were taking photos a short ways down on the beach for the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition on a beach called “Pink Sand Beach”.
