Last time I was there, I was lied to about upgrades. My friend and I (females - two Plats) checked in and were told "no upgrade rooms available" - to the twin bedded street view we were banished.

Directly behind us in line were two other friends who checked in with the same agent (males - one Plat, one nothing). They got a full-on suite "big enough to bowl in".

The whole checkin fiasco followed by 3 undelivered phone messages, one botched dinner reservation and a non-functional phone.

Never again.
