I would say the Westin Hollywood near Fort Lauderdale as the worst stay. As their top tier, I notice more and more, I have been charged for drinks in their concerigre lounge. It has only has happened in the US so far. Not liking it at all as I never been charged with my Hilton status. I believe the lack of their brand is hurting themselves as I would think twice to book any spy hotels in the future.
I can only relate my own experiences but the Westin brand does not seem to be keeping par with the Sheratons, at least not in the cities that I frequent. They are not bad properties but the little things are making a difference.
