Are you sure? I believe that AF-operated (as opposed to Air Caraibes) FDF, PTP or RUN flights from ORY leave from Orly-Ouest Hall 3. Certainly was the case for RUN last time I flew ORY-LCY on WX but that was a few months ago.
On BA, newspapers are always available in the blue rack before boarding the plane (in addition to the lounge). But that has not been organized at Orly.
Often with more limited choice, however (it would not be the first time that only the Daily Mail or similar rag is left by the time I board).
