Europe vacation, feedback on current hotel itin

We'll be taking a family vacation to London-Paris-Munich in April and I'm looking for advice on the currently booked hotel itinerary.

Two kids, one who'll just have turned 6yo, and the other who'll just be about 3yo. The 3yo naps in the afternoon, so we want to be a practical distance from the hotel that one or all of us could go back there in the early afternoon.

We're arriving at LHR at ~6am and will probably want to check in as soon as possible.

We'll be traveling by trains between cities and would prefer to stay in one hotel for the time in each city.

I'm Gold with ~230k MR points. I'd prefer to use points where it makes sense.

==London, Tuesday-Saturday

MR point stays were 120-160k. 120k at Regents Park and Maida Vale, 160k at Park Lane. It seemed a better value to use the MR points in Paris (see below), but I might need to reassess that. I don't have enough points to cover a full stay in both London and Paris.

My corporate rate at Maida Vale is 115GBP. Corporate rate at Marble Arch is 135GBP, but not available on our last night (Friday night, 299GBP). Maida Vale included breakfast as well as "includes one taxi journey per day stayed. Taxi is to be organised with the hotel concierges". I'm not sure if that taxi is to the corporate site or not, but it could be a nice way to start the day if not.

I've read good things about the Marble Arch, and haven't read bad about the Maida Vale. Marble Arch's location seems more appealing. Would the Marble Arch be worth the hassle if we had to potentially move on the last night (there weren't any MR rooms there either, though there are [or rates > 100GBP less] at nearby hotels -- Grosvenor Square, Grosvenor House, and Park Lane)?

==Paris, Saturday-Thursday

It was challenging finding a large enough room. Pre-kids we used to go to Paris frequently and always stayed in the smaller hotels/apartments, and I'd like to finally stay at a more upscale hotel.

The Ren Trocadero is 140k MR + 50 EUR supplement for a room that says will hold 3 (a King bed with room for a crib/rollaway). The 6yo can sleep in the bed with us, so I know we should all fit, but will I run into any issues with actual headcount being 4?

The Rive Gauche has a 150sq ft larger room for 120k + 100 EUR, but I've stayed there before and would rather be in a more central neighborhood. Alternative as well is the CY Neuilly (max 2, though king bed and 1 crib permitted) at a flat 120k. I'd like to stay more upscale than a (US) CY though.

==Munich, Thursday-Monday

All the hotels seemed a better value with EUR than MR pts.

The Renaissance is 108 EUR for the first night, 78 EUR thereafter. I've read the comments about it being worn out, but also that there is free breakfast for Golds. The CY at city center is 109 EUR and the Marriott is 119 EUR. We'd plan to wander around the city center some, but also might split the time with a car rental to go to Hohenschwangau/Neuschwanstein and then return it at the airport when we leave, so city center proximity might not be that important.

All advice would be appreciated. I expect this will be a touristy trip ... pre-kids we eschewed the touristy stuff, but I think we'll try to hit it all this time (and the 6yo has learned about Roman and Egyptian civ this last year, and I've told him about all the loot at the BM and Louvre, so he is hot to see it).
