Offhand I don't think so. In fact this travel pattern is something that is repeated by many business travelers in this part of the world, ie one day business trips.
In any case, to set your mind at ease: it seems to me that as long as your re-entry into Malaysia takes place within the time that you were permitted to enter Malaysia on your first entry, you should be ok. As an example, Americans are allowed into Malaysia on a social/business entry for 90 days. So if said American entered/departed/re-entered multiple times and left for good before reaching the cutoff date 90 days after first entry, I would think that person would be ok. To help your peace of mind you could bring along copies of your hotel reservation and more importantly a copy of your departing ticket (the one taking you back to Holland, I guess) to establish the dates. But really, my experience with Malaysian immigration (hundreds of times over the course of years) at both land and air points in different places is that they are generally pretty laid back. I really don't see any problems here, Malaysia Immigrasi (immigration) sees this happen all the time, especially at KUL.
