Another thing to mention is that with 1h45 for your transfer you really have plenty of time for a 2E-2D connection, and your plane would need to be delayed quite a bit for you to miss the connection. If the worst happened, AF would put you on the next flight, which may also be quite soon for short and medium haul flights such as those leaving from 2D. Finally, should you indeed need help, you can ask at any transfer counter (both parts of 2E have large ones) where you will find a special short queue for business class and elite customers.
