The 737 tin can they fly now is extremely claustrophobic when complete packed...and because they removed the 767, capacity has shrunk a bit...meaning most of the 737 flights I fly are completely packed...if I wasn't in the exit row I'd probably faint during the flight

I think many of us liked the 767 on this leg because it is still a 4 hr flight and there were many more first class seats available for upgrades. I never flew the 767 when it wasn't rather full, so I do believe a lot of my peers enjoyed the flight as well.

If you can fly a full plane and keep your passengers happy, I see no reason why you wouldn't fly the widebody...AA chose increased frequency of 737s over the comfort of a widebody and a less frequent offering.

I really can't stand the 737 (even the new ones!)
