Yes, try to get the one with the view - but you may get some construction noise from the phase 3 villas during the day ( as with the others ) . The noise was not obvious most times when we were there and the work area is ' concealed ' by some hoarding, etc but you can see some of the progress on these villas. Maybe even quieter if it rains.. so may not be even noticeable. No work is carried out in from the evenings.
