The only way is to use an award. And the name on the award can be anyone, so that is quite flexible. Unfortunately F does not a family pooling option like BAEC or DC of BMI.
Also remember that you can book one way on AFKL. So if you wish to redeem a biz class return ticket to Asia (160K) you could use 80K from your father for one way and 80K from another family member account for the return.
