OK, then put the comfort food in business class. Put the special occasion food and drink in First Class, as the vast majority of people can afford to fly in first class only on special occasions, whether they use money or points to purchase their tickets.
You wouldn't believe how many regular flyers fly frequently in First class.
For special occasion food I would always prefer a special ocassion restaurant on the ground, but never ever a pressurized metal tube.
