These pages, as of today, imply you can still trade 2 normal awards for a freedom award. I also read nothing in the literature sent to me regarding the fact that freedom awards could no longer be traded for. Now faced with a situation for which I could really use a freedom award, I'm going to call swa and force the issue. Will report back if I have success.

I am in the same boat you are. I googled the same thing, found the same pages, and they are active on the Southwest airlines website.

Is there anyone that can point out a single place anywhere on their website that states that Standard Awards cannot be converted after March 1st?
