The satay dinner is served by Amankila at a bale (sort of like a Balinese gazebo) nestled in some rice fields, about a 15-20 min car ride from the hotel. There's multiple kinds of satay, grilled fish, and other items. Overall a very nice and tasty spread with nice scenery, and not much more expensive than a 3 course dinner at the hotel's restaurant.
The satay lilit is a decidedly different experience at a very simple local restaurant near Amanduri, but also quite good, along with the chicken and rice at the same place. To get there take the driveway out Amanduri, go left, and just past the intersection with a statue in the middle the restaurant will be on your left. It has a large open front up a few steps and is white-tiled. It should take about 10 min to walk there, and all the staff know it.
