call the number on the back of the card and -politely- request that they change your bonus to the one you received in the mail. You can often do this even if you didn't receive the offer, but you're in a good position having actually gotten it in the mail. If there is an offer code on the 40k offer you received, tell them that. Citi handles this, not AA.
