Your 70 Euro voucher is subject to a minimum booking value of 500 €.

Sorry, the voucher was accepted due to a short-term failure of the coupon code while your booking does not fulfilled the conditions.
Therefore, the flight with the amount of 157,02 € was charged to your credit card, this amount cannot be deducted.

The tour price without discount was provided during the booking, before you have entered the voucher code.

We can not provide further refunds because of this.

Of course, the voucher is not lost for you.
Make a new reservation that meets the conditions of the voucher
and tell us the appropriate number of travel plan for redemption.
