the Blomfield woman employee in the coffin seats and failed Y seats choice was either the fall-guy or a penny pinching inept overpaid oaf. Probably 5'2" and 45 kgs she woud fit in the seats OK and slotting an extra J seat in the same cabin size as other airlines actually got noticed.
I hope CX consigned her to their main competitor with a good reference..
