The OP may well be right... and should perhaps seek clarification/refund from CZ using the information thay have NOW found.

Surely however life would have been MUCH easier to have had that information at time of check-in??!!!

I have often found that a printout of an airlines own rules tends to come in handy...

mcmichi I would agree with you.. except it is quite clear the OP did NOT read said website prior to booking/travel. If they didn't, why should we?
