Is DCA open 24/7? I thought I had heard somewhere that it wasn't. Kind of like SAN which I think is closed (at least for departures) from 2400-0600.
According to the
airport directory entry for DCA, it's attended continuously. I looked the
entry for SAN, and I didn't see any restrictions on departures. Prior permission is required, but I didn't see any prohibitions.
