Unhappy

$400?? That's insane.

I realize revenues are revenues - but how about something more reasonable,
like $50 or even $75 - enough to deter rampant changes on whim and the real need to make a change.

Not too long ago a ticket was purchased for $575, then the client changed plans for the flight, had no choice but to change date - tack on $150, then they changed it again the day before the flight - okay, not the airlines fault, nor mine, but another $150, plus the fare went down a bit to $495. Crazy that
the payment was then a total of $875. Guess I should count myself lucky that the fare wasn't $1,000 by then.

Just makes me crazy.....and I can't get a decent cup of decaf, they have this horrible jarred stuff which makes me gag to think of it.

I know it's not going to change - but I'm still irritated big time.

$5 + 22% tax is really not that big a deal -I can do a whole lot with
$150.
