returning an award ticket
Besides being money hungry - can someone explain why it would cost $150 for putting back an unused award ticket?
It's an award - and has been taken out for a flight, but then couldn't be flown
and put back into the account - why would it cost so much? The previous "award" seat now can generate some revenue. Don't get it.
This $150 for everything is ridiculous.
If you cancel a flight and redo it at a later date it costs $150 to change and if you change it to a flight that's less than the original cost, too bad, no credit of any kind. Nada. And you still have to pay the $150.
