Mrs. Stiff and I are traveling to LHR on reward seats in August. Our itin is YYZ-YHZ-LHR / LHR-YHZ-YUL-YYZ - we chose this to go business the whole way and avoid a 5-hr layover in St. Johns (directs n/a). Our fees were $674.56 each YIKES!
