Appreciate the replies, folks.

I'm using a Diamond upgrade cert to go from a standard room to a Park Suite. Has anyone successfully landed a Terrace Suite instead using an upgrade instrument? Central reservations told me this wasn't possible - but I figure in June due to it being rather low season, just perhaps....
