Incidentally, how can you work in an enclosed space and not understand the idea behind a courtesy flush; especially where lighting a match can get you thrown in the slammer.
Maybe the FAA ought to recognize that by now we all know how to put on a seat belt. Then we could replace that nonsense with Deltalina squatting in the lav and demonstrating the "early flush protocol."
Of course this could never be demonstrated on aircraft without video monitors. Not because you can't simulate "squat and flush" by bending the knees, holding your nose, and pretending to pull a lever, just as well as you can demonstrate where the exits on a plane are by extending your arms and moving them back and forth, but instead because I can't imagine its permissible as per the contract agreement of
some FAs.
