If you can. call ahead to try and assure that your bed and smoking preferences are available. I had a problem even though the hotel was not full. Kids are best at the Sheraton which is really one big compound of both hotels. Pools were the best I've seen anywhere. Plat recognition was good outside of the fact that my room preferences couldn't be accomodated. Overall great facility and would go back in a minute. Maybe January
