Are there spearate contact numbers for BAEC silver and Gold card holders?

I only ask as I've just tried calling the number given on the website and te recorded voice mentions that it's the "blue line". I've hung up as there is a 15 min wait and wondered if there was a "Gold line" i could use. No mention of it on the website.
