I think that it would be possible. You can get off of the bus airside in arrivals and simply catch another bus (assuming, of course, that you don't have luggage -- I would assume that EK would not interline to QR). There are a lot of staff there who can arrange this, and there are even chairs for waiting airside in the arrivals area. I haven't yet experienced this connecting from one airline to another, but I have been dropped off from one bus and connected to another when QR was consolidating traffic from various buses.
