Doubtlessly. Not much arrives that late - there is a midnight embargo and somehow CX can leave at 140 am despite that. A few leave around 11-12, big KA, KLM, BA so might be a little crowded at security.

Look at Flightstats.com - for today there are about 4 flights arriving 11-12 pm (not yours oddly enough) and two leaving (and none after midnight) so it looks to be pretty quiet arriving and a walk in the same terminal to leave. Look at T3.

Day of the week will affect this a bit , charters tend to arrive at late hours and have lineup of idiot noob travellers. Though when I returned in January , immigration was packed with multiple charters and I was out in 30 minutes anyway. You'll have to get luggage, I think you don't have a choice unlike T1.
