would we have to pay for surcharges(fuel surcharge & other fee) if we connect in LHR through a partner airline?
like if we fly in from BOM - LHR (IT - kingfisher) and LHR - ORD (AA)?
when i check for availability on BA in club world, it says 180,000 and about $1000 in fees and taxes.was wondering if we could bypass the fees by working it through partners...any expert advice...
