I don't think the collective FT community should be remotely worried, because (as I said on the other thread) I don't see that BA have any legal basis to object to nested tickets. I also doubt there is any way in which BA could amend its conditions of carriage which would have this effect; indeed, if there were such an opportunity, then I'm pretty sure BA would have taken it already. If I'm wrong, I'd be delighted if a BA lurker on these boards would disillusion me.
