There's no reason to call the help desk, and there's nothing further you can do except wait for them to fix their website.
That was true last night for a time.
However, I have been unable to get in from home for about a week, whereas I can get in no problem from another computer that is not at my house. This is why I believe the problem is somewhere in my system, or at least the system comprising my computer, my router, and the particular ISP/DNS I'm using.
I can look into the first part, but the cable provider has to check out the latter.
