While I don't see a problem with it and in most cases it does not make a difference to either BA or the pax financially the specific wrong would be to use a nested ticket to avoid the Saturday night rule - ie buy ticket 1 LHR - JFK outbound 1st of the month, returning JFK - LHR 14th of the month and buying a second ticket JFK - LHR outbound, say 3rd of the month and returning LHR - JFK on say the 11th of the month. In this case you will have done two trips without a Saturday stay and saved quite a bit of dosh as the two tickets would both include a Saturday. But is this specifically implicit in the Ts and Cs?
