So the wheat surcharge would be OK in your view?

No one ever seems to talk about just how low AC's base prices are though??
mostly because they are not that low in the first place

AC's pricing is deceitful and in place to take advantage of the simple traveller - ie, a person who sees $125 base fare to Paris and just books it without paying attention to the final all-in price. While annoying and lame, I'm Not sure how any seasoned traveller can be caught by AC's fuel surcharge game?
So in your view, because a seasoned veteran traveller wouldn't be caught unaware, this practice is OK? That's absurd.

And BTW, no matter how seasoned the traveller is, the advertised price is being jacked up by arbitrary fees that change without notice and that can only be seen once you initiate the booking process. Which means you have to go digging at each booking to find out if they changed it on you since the last time. If you aren't bothered by that, fine. I suspect you are in the minority in being OK with deliberately deceptive advertising.
