You may get a better response in the France forum, but I think the metro runs til about 00:15 or so. You shouldn't count on using it as there are sometimes delays with the Eurostar. The Ibis is fine for a night, but I think it costs a bit more for double occ. €109 on weekdays.

Paris is an expensive city.
