Is 5k fair for non working IFE?
I've been seeing this a lot lately so I figured I'd ask, the IFE on my return flight back to ATL from LHR was not working, so I sent an email to BA complaining, my account was credited with 5k miles after this. Does 5k seem fair on a WT class?
