We're missing some information here:

1. Where are you based?
2. Where do you want to go?
3. Why do you not want to fly BA? Is it the surcharges?

I.e., what were your objectives in getting the miles in the first place, and what were you imagining you could do with them?

Plenty of us here have figured out (more or less) the ins and outs of using BA miles on BA/AA/IB etc., but we sure could use a little help in advising you.
