DHS has the authority because the majority of the people allow them to have that authority.

Sometimes, armed resistance is a meaningful path to induce change.

Our courts have spoken loud and clear by their inactions.

therefore, the question, will you, as a United States of America Citizen, bound by, and ruled by the U.S. Constitution, allow yourself, or your family to be in some cases, forcibly strip searched by your Government? Or will you stand your ground, and possible resort to 'violence' in order to uphold your rights, freedoms and liberties?

That is the question you must ask yourself.
