Just to provide what ROP told me when I claimed the missing CO flight.

I apologize for misstating the time line, I meant to say 3-4 weeks, and not months...

Btw, as you can see below, ROP received my claim on Nov 17, but the flight did not get posted until the first week of Jan 2011. So, 6 weeks seems to be a consistent baseline. My point was such a delay is crazy and totally unacceptable.
