1.PROMOTION PERIOD 
Aeroplan® Spring Coalition Promotion ("Promotion") will commence on March 21, 2011 at 12:00:01 a.m. EST and will run until May 15, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (the "Promotion Period").

2.ELIGIBILITY 
The Promotion is open to all Aeroplan Members residing in Canada.

Once you are eligible, a valid email address in your Aeroplan Profile is required and you must also be signed up to receive Aeroplan and partner electronic communications in order to obtain your discount promotional code. You can update or modify your Aeroplan email preferences in the "Your Profile" section on aeroplan.com. For complete details on how Aeroplan protects your information, read the Aeroplan Privacy Policy.

If you don't have a valid email address, please note that many public libraries, internet cafés, retail businesses and others offer access to the Internet and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts. 

3.PROMOTION 
Aeroplan Members will be entitled to receive double the Aeroplan Miles on each qualifying transaction with each participating partner (listed below) and automatically be eligible for a one-time 15% discount on an Air Canada booking ("Discount") if they shop with at least three (3) different Aeroplan qualifying partners (listed below) during the Promotion Period. In order to be eligible for the Discount, Aeroplan Members have to make at least the minimum purchase that qualifies for one (1) Aeroplan Mile while shopping at each relevant qualifying partner as detailed below. This double miles Promotion can be combined with other Aeroplan offers. Members must use their Aeroplan Card or present a valid Aeroplan Number at the point of purchase and/or transaction in order to be eligible.

5.NON QUALIFYING PARTNERS PART OF THE PROMOTION 
Air Canada

For greater clarity, Aeroplan Members will not be entitled to receive Double Aeroplan Miles on any Air Canada transaction.

6.ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS 
Aeroplan Members can earn double the Aeroplan Miles on transactions at Home Hardware to a maximum of 2,500 Bonus Aeroplan Miles per member. Aeroplan Miles will not be awarded on purchases of Home Gift Cards, Homecard payments or purchases where Top Notch Rewards are given.

Aeroplan Members can earn double the Aeroplan Miles on purchases of $60 or more at Uniprix. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Aeroplan offer does not apply to the purchase of prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs and other products sold exclusively in pharmacies. Moreover, the Aeroplan offer does not apply to the following products and services: purchase of gift cards, lottery tickets, bus tickets & passes, account payments, bottle and can deposits, gifts with purchase value and applicable taxes. 

Aeroplan Members can earn double the Aeroplan Miles on purchases of $40 or more at Rexall. Participating Rexall™ and Rexall™ Pharma Plus locations only in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, North West Territories and Manitoba and the region of Thunder Bay, Ontario, only. Standard exclusions: products containing codeine, lottery, postal services, stamps, transit tickets, tobacco and tobacco products, Gift Card Express cards, phone cards and taxes. Please note that members cannot earn miles on prescriptions in the province of Ontario.

Aeroplan Members can earn Aeroplan Miles on all eligible PINs from any specially marked Nestle® product. Bonus Aeroplan Miles will appear automatically on the member's Nestle-Aeroplan.ca account when the conditions are met. Proof of purchase may be required. Some limitations apply. Each product PIN may only be used once. See www.Nestle-Aeroplan.ca for terms and conditions.

Aeroplan Members can accumulate miles on eligible purchase at participating Esso stations. Some exclusions apply: purchase of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products, purchase of gift certificates or gift cards (Aeroplan Miles will be awarded when gift certificates or gift cards are redeemed for purchases in accordance with Esso's terms and conditions), cash transactions at isolated terminals, including coin-operated car washes and similar transactions, cash advances, purchase of any used items (including, but not limited to, used cars), bottle deposits 

Aeroplan Members can earn double the Aeroplan Miles for purchases at Costco.ca. Miles are credited on the purchase price of products offered online at Costco.ca and will not include shipping and handling, tax or other additional charges. If the product that is purchased has a discount or promotion, members will not be credited Aeroplan Miles for the amount of the discount or promotion. Ineligible purchases include: new Costco memberships (which are eligible to receive 1,000 Bonus Aeroplan Miles for a new Gold Star or Business membership and 1,500 Bonus Aeroplan Miles for a new Executive membership), Costco membership renewals, gift of membership, tires, online gift certificates, Costco Cash cards and online-digital print orders. Aeroplan Miles will not be awarded on cancelled or returned orders. To receive Aeroplan Miles, Aeroplan members must register an accurate Costco membership number, Aeroplan Number and e-mail address in the designated boxes on the registration page. Aeroplan Miles are not transferable.

Aeroplan Members can earn double the Aeroplan Miles (a total of 500 miles) for new registrations to the Aeromove program.

To earn miles and bonus miles for a move with Atlas Van Lines, Aeroplan Members must arrange a move through an Atlas Canada agent. The agent will provide the member with a submission form that can be mailed, faxed or emailed to Atlas Van Lines after the move is completed. The member must submit a copy of the local work order for a local (under 150 mile) move; or a copy of the Atlas bill of lading for a long distance, domestic Canadian or cross border into the United States move (over 150 miles) or a copy of the invoice on an International (overseas) move. In order to qualify for miles and bonus miles a local move must be must be less than 150 miles, long distance and International moves must be a minimum of 2,000 lbs in weight. The move must take place between March 21, 2011 and May 15, 2011 to earn double the Aeroplan Miles. 

The Air Canada discount is valid for up to four (4) travelers on new bookings only and all travelers must be booked in the same booking (including same destination, flight, departure and return date). 

Discount applies exclusively on published fares (applicable to fares publicly sold on the aircanada.com website, excluding special fares that are part of a corporate agreement and net fares) and cannot be combined with any other offer. It applies to one-way and round-trip bookings only and does not apply to multi-city itineraries. It also applies to booking changes but does not apply to booking change fees, when applicable, nor to additional fees or à la carte options.

Discount applies to bookings made between June 2/June 28/July 15 and August 15, 2011 for travel within North America, excluding Hawaii (HNL, OGG, KOA), Alaska and Mexico, on scheduled flights operated by Air Canada and, on behalf of Air Canada, by Jazz, Air Georgian Limited, Central Mountain Air, Exploits Valley Air Services LTD and Sky Regional. Please note that a booking change must occur between June 2/June 28/July 15 and August 15, 2011. No blackout dates apply for travel between June 2/June 28/July 15 and August 15, 2011.

All travel must be completed by November 18, 2011. Discount applies to bookings made with the following fare options (booking classes):

■Tango (A, N, G, P, E) 
■Tango Plus (M, U, H, Q, V, W, S, L, K, T)

7.NOTIFICATION OF QUALIFYING PARTICIPANTS 
On or about May 5, June 14 and July 6, 2011 Aeroplan will identify members that have qualified to be eligible for the Air Canada 15% discount. No correspondence will be undertaken by Aeroplan, except with the qualifying members and only by email. 

During the week following June 2, June 28 and July 15, 2011, all qualifying members with a valid email address will receive an email communication notifying them that they have qualified and providing instructions on how to obtain the Air Canada 15% discount.

8.SUBSTITUTION 
Discount must be accepted as awarded, cannot be substituted, transferred, exchanged or surrendered for cash. 

9.ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 
By participating in this Promotion, each member accepts and agrees to these official Terms and Conditions. Aeroplan and its respective affiliates may, at their sole discretion and without liability, rescind or amend this Promotion at any time. 

10.LIABILITY 
By entering this Promotion, each member acknowledges and agrees that Aeroplan and Air Canada: (i) shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever with respect to this Promotion and/or the awarding of the 15% discount; (ii) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the award; (iii) disclaim any implied warranty; and (iv) are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from an entrant's acceptance or use of the award or otherwise from such entrant's participation in this Promotion. Aeroplan is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors in advertising, the official Terms & Conditions, the selection and nomination of qualifying members. Aeroplan is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website and assumes no liability for damage to member's or any person's computer resulting from participating in the Promotion. 

11.DISQUALIFICATION 
Aeroplan reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from the Promotion and to ban the individual from any future promotion that it finds or believes to be tampering with the process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of the Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by a member or any other person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Aeroplan reserves the right to seek damages from any such person.

12.TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION 
If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Aeroplan which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of this Promotion, Aeroplan reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Promotion, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way.

13.GOVERNING LAW 
This Promotion is governed by all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations applicable in the province of Quebec.

14.LANGUAGE 
In the event of any discrepancies between the English language rules and the French language rules for this Promotion, the English rules shall prevail.

15.MILES CREDITING 
Aeroplan Miles are earned on purchases less any returns.

For transactions with Aeromove and Atlas Van, you need to allow up to fourteen (14) days for base and Bonus Aeroplan Miles to be credited to the member's Aeroplan Account after the transaction.

For transactions with Home Hardware, Esso, Rexall and Rexall PharmaPlus, Uniprix, Nestle and eStore retailers (Sears, Chapters.Indigo and the Shopping Channel), need to allow up to seven (7) days for base Aeroplan Miles to be credited to the member's Aeroplan Account after the transaction.

The double miles bonus will be credited to the eligible Aeroplan Members' account within seven (7) days of the transaction for Esso, Rexall, Rexall PharmaPlus, Nestle and eStore retailers (Sears, Chapters.Indigo and the Shopping Channel), and within fourteen (14) days of the transaction for Uniprix. 

For transactions with Costco on www.costco.ca, need to allow up to six (6) weeks for base and Bonus Aeroplan Miles to be credited to the members' Aeroplan Account after the transaction.

For transactions with Home Hardware, the double miles bonus will be credited to the eligible Aeroplan Members' account on May 30, 2011.
