If I can find useful or needed information on the internet using a search tool [I don't 'Google'], intuition, common sense, guess work, or any legal means - and use it for a legal purpose, I will do so.
Since those are private industry emails and not meant for public use its not really a suggested route.
There is absolutely nothing private about the link
Kagehitokiri posted nor what I found in rooting around using it. And what I found was certainly not "private industry emails". They were not "emails", nor were they "private"!
If you believe
anything posted on the internet is private, I've a nearby bridge for sale. A young man (who is a so-called "computer geek") proved to me he could access the posts on restricted, private and non-visible areas (Forums) of VB BB such as this one (FlyerTalk). Thus,
now all of my participation on any internet forum is based on the fact that it can be public knowledge.
Back to the topic - As I wrote above "I've always found that a well written letter to a hotel property (post, fax, or email) will get to the proper person to resolve problems". But in this case I wanted immediate email access to the property, and not finding it on the FS website, I found it via this BB.
FS may believe that the proper channel is through the HQ, but I didn't and I don't. My OP was to provide information on how to contact properties directly.
