I used to spend quite a bit of time out in that area (where that sign is posted) every storm season - the lightning out there is spectacular.
Unfortunately less and less all the time. Some of us have the obnoxious fence to look at and several million dollars in SUV's racing all around it. That sign is such crap - I live 4 miles from the border. I know the hype about the border is as valid as TSA security theater. Total waste of money and BS as is almost all of DHS.
