I was actually considering moving over to Continental, but after the incredibly horrible customer service I experienced this week on Continental I will be sticking to Delta.... I have actually been pretty happy with Delta but thought the grass might be greener elsewhere (It's not, at least not at Continental )

I now have to decide whether or not I want to try for Plat or stick with Gold. I don't normally change my tickets much to be honest, and have had spectacular results as a Gold so may just stick at this level unless they have some super DEQM out of RDU like they did this year.
