I swear by SUPERfeet arch supports, I add them to my flats. The 1/2 black ones that are sold at Nordstroms shoe department can be added to any dress shoe, making them much more comfortable for long days.
I also like AGL brand flats and some Donald Pliner's (some of them are cute!)
