Are people using a different AA Terminal 4 at LAX than I am? The shuttle driver (for The Parking Spot - Sepulveda) drops my off at the correct place 100% of the time when I say "American First". Then once inside, I rarely see people trying to check in where they shouldn't (I check in online so I dont watch this closely) and the staff manning the bottom of the escalator have no problem turning people away.

Now if they were to permanently open another screening area to add more capacity that would be great....
