the point is backup, as there re lots of reports here of both faulty email addresses and no response, specifically at FS. and some people choose never to speak to management. also, the PP email list was not hard to find at all, which is very unusual for FS, its like they hide other email addresses. not to mention the link still works, while other PP links have been killed.

Being able to google something doesn't mean you should use it.... Its not the correct channel for someone who wants to email about spa treatments, airport transfers, please upgrade me for my honeymoon. People could always just pick up the phone and call a hotel still... or failing that speak to the world wide res centre in Toronto who are very sharp and can find the contacts you need in their internal system
