I've stayed in them all, and there are a few threads on this site discussing and comparing them. Sorry you didn't find they were offering enough info. While not applicable for renovations, there is still a ton of information to be gleaned from them.
I stay about 30 nights a year in Israel, for well over a decade. In brief:
Crown Plaza Yarkon - weakest of the three - pure tourist experience. Small rooms, stingy if any upgrades, need a company recognized by the hotel to get into business office. On boardwalk in the center of action, not too difficult a walk to shopping, snack store opposite. Good restaurant.
IC is fancy, further down the boardwalk, no real assets anywhere near it. Often placed on 6th floor - huge balcony overlooking pool, nice sunset view. Broader mix ofIsraelis and tourists. (Plat, not RC)
Azrieli Center is where i now stay on a regular basis. Attachedto a "western" shopping mall. Location is good for business, right off the Ayalon, Rte 20. More a businessman hotelthan tourist, I find it easy to navigate, though I am fluent in hebrew. Noce upgrade, and if you ask nicely, you can get free internet access cards from the front desk. Small food/department store opposite.
